✦ Free shipping on every order — to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. No minimums, no codes needed.
Every GPS Pillow Shop pillow is made to order. When you place your order, your design goes directly into production and is printed, assembled, and quality-checked before it ships — fresh for you.
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and package weight. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. If you have a time-sensitive occasion, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico — and shipping is always free, with no minimums and no codes.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship free as well, but please allow additional transit time — delivery to these locations takes noticeably longer than to the contiguous 48 states.
We do not currently ship to other U.S. territories (such as Guam, American Samoa, or the U.S. Virgin Islands), to APO/FPO military addresses, or internationally.
Because every pillow is made to order with your unique coordinates and design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom items.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your pillow arrives:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either by reprinting your pillow or issuing a refund.
Once we review your claim, we will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Because each GPS Pillow Shop pillow is custom-made and may enter production shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes after checkout.
Please review your design preview, spelling, address, coordinates, pillow color, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at hello@gpspillowshop.com. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to help. Once your pillow has entered production, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
